Human Rights Protection
Defending fundamental human rights as outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Constitution of India. We address cases of exploitation, domestic harassment, workplace discrimination, and organize legal seminars to educate citizens about their legal remedies and civil shields.

Advocating public accountability, administrative transparency, and clean governance. We host townhall seminars on utilizing the Right to Information (RTI) Act, setting up grievance systems, and raising awareness against public officer corruption and bribe-seeking behaviors.

Enabling socioeconomic self-reliance for rural and urban-poor women. We offer professional tailoring workshops, basic computer courses, and financial training. We also run legal support cells addressing dowry, safety, and domestic abuse.

Safeguarding the Right to Education (RTE) for children in rural blocks. B&P’s HRACA runs bridge classes, finances scholastic needs (notebooks, bags, uniforms) for poor children, and conducts school health-check camps.

Organizing local Legal Aid clinics with certified lawyers to assist people under trial and low-income families. We provide counsel on consumer safety, property boundaries, and government subsidy registrations.
